This website is operated by LumaGarden. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LumaGarden. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions and product availability at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays them precisely.
3. Orders
When you place an order you receive an email confirming we have received it. This confirms a contract between us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
4. Shipping and delivery
We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders. Estimated delivery is 8 to 12 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details are set out in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
