Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Email us with your order number and reason for return and we will reply within 24 hours with instructions. Items should be returned unused in original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. If your order arrives damaged email us a photo and we will send a free replacement or full refund. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
